  1. In a glass bottle or bottle that has a wide mouth, add the liter of vegetable milk.
  2. Add the 3 tablespoons of hydrated kefir nodules. Cover the bottle with a canvas or tulle and with an elastic band, and let it stand for a total of 48 hours, at a temperature not higher than 18 degrees. If it is too hot (for example because you are preparing it in summer), you can keep it in the fridge.
  3. Once the 48 hours have passed, strain the nodules with the help of a strainer or a cloth bag. Store the nodules in the refrigerator for later use.

Remember that it is not advisable to wash the kefir nodules afterwards once we have prepared the probiotic in the form of a drink. It is more advisable to do it every 15 days, and always with cold water and that does not have chlorine (that is, purified water).
