The fruits of autumn and winter

Each season it has foods specials whose properties , Benefits and actions tend, wisely and naturally, to coincide with the needs of our organization at each time of the year.


For example, in cold times such as those we are currently experiencing, and in the autumn and winter itself, there are a series of foods that help to cope with the seasonal changes that our body is undergoing.

Not in vain as in previous ones we have dealt with this issue, offering you some home remedies to improve health in autumn and winter , or some good foods to prevent and improve asthenia or autumnal depression .

Next we are going to collect some of the special foods and fruits of these seasons that we are living, which will help us to cope better both autumn and winter itself;

  • Oranges and tangerines
    Both oranges and tangerines , as we know, are a very important source of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that in addition to fighting colds and flu help to reduce the pain of menstruation rules.
  • grapes
    They are very good fruits for circulation, and help fight aging by containing interesting amounts of free radicals. They are also rich in vitamin C and E, and should not be consumed in excess because of their high sugar content.
  • Figs
    We have already dealt on several occasions about figs .   • Grenades
    They are rich in minerals and sugars, and have disinfectant, depurative, astringent and detoxifying properties, among others. In addition it also has important antioxidant virtues.
