Therefore, during this time it is recommended that asthmatic people try to reduce outdoor activities, if possible during only 5-10 in the morning and from 7 to 10 at night.

Especially it is appropriate to try not to go out in those windy days when the pollination is high, keeping the windows closed at night, and use for example air conditioning with filters.

Follow a balanced diet, varied and above all healthy. Opt for fresh fruits and vegetables every day (especially seasonal fruits and vegetables that you can enjoy during the months of March, April and May), cereals and nuts, and every week consumes several servings of fish, legumes and lean meats.

During this time it is also common to start doing something more warm, so that maintaining proper hydration is essential. Do not forget to drink between 1.5 to 2 liters of water and other liquids every day (infusions, teas and natural juices are also ideal).
