Vegan ice cream with chocolate and nuts
- 180 gr. of 70% dark chocolate
- 300 gr. of hazelnut milk
- 300 gr. of soy cream
- 3 tablespoons of rice syrup
- 100 gr. of panela (ground)
- 100 gr. of chopped hazelnuts
Steps to make vegan chocolate and nuts ice cream
First place the hazelnut milk together with the soy cream in a large bowl and beat well. Once beaten reserve. Put the pure chocolate in a saucepan and heat over low heat stirring constantly until it melts. Pour the chocolate over the previous mixture, stirring gently. Now add the rice syrup and beat well. Then it incorporates panela previously ground and beat with a blender to get all the ingredients are well integrated.
Pour into a metal container and put it a few hours in the refrigerator until it cools. Once cold store in the freezer.
Just when the ice cream starts to freeze, take it out of the freezer and whisk it again with the blender until it becomes cream again. - 400 ml. of coconut milk
- 60 gr. of peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)
- 30 gr. of raw nuts, unsalted and unroasted
- 30 gr. of agave syrup
- 30 gr. of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps to make vegan ice cream from peanut butter
The last night when you go to make the ice cream put the dried fruits in soaking in clean water to get them to soften well. The next day, drain them well and place them in a blender at moderate speed first and then at high speed.
Add little by little brown sugar, agave syrup, coconut oil, coconut milk, vanilla extract and finally butter. Mix well so that everything is integrated. Pour into a metal container and reserve in the freezer for 2 hours. After 1 hour, stir a little to prevent it from crystallizing.
