Preparation of sunflower milk
In a saucepan or bowl place the cup of sunflower seeds, leaving them to soak for 3 hours.
Drain them and place them in the blender jar.
Add the water and beat well until there is a homogeneous mixture.
Strain the drink with the help of a strainer.
If you wish you can sweeten the sunflower milk with honey or brown sugar. Or even if you want to enjoy a salty option, add a pinch of salt.
