Salad with apple, kiwi, pineapple and avocado
- 1 lettuce or escarole
- 1 red lettuce
- 1 apple
- 1 avocado
- 3 kiwis
- 3 slices of natural pineapple or in syrup

- Olive oil

- 1 can of pineapple in syrup
- 1 lettuce
- 1 arugula
- York ham taquitos or chicken pieces
